POST-TREATMENT RECOMMENDATIONS
Keep the area clean and dry – Gently cleanse with mild soap and lukewarm water. Pat dry—do not rub.
Avoid sun exposure – Protect the treated area from direct sunlight for at least 2–4 weeks. Use SPF 50+ if sun exposure is unavoidable.
Apply a soothing ointment – Use a recommended healing balm or aloe vera gel to soothe the skin and promote healing.
Avoid scratching, picking, or rubbing the area – Let any scabs or peeling skin come off naturally to prevent scarring or pigmentation issues.
Do not apply makeup, perfumed products, or harsh skincare to the treated area until fully healed.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, pools, and intense workouts for 48–72 hours to prevent irritation and infection.
Wear loose, breathable clothing over the area to reduce friction and allow the skin to heal properly.
Stay hydrated and support your immune system – Good hydration and nutrition can aid the body’s natural healing process.
Expect mild redness, swelling, or scabbing – These are normal and typically subside within a few days to a week.
Avoid additional treatments on the area until fully healed or advised otherwise by your practitioner.
